Before using All tools, we request you to read and agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services.

1. Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the definition section or the terms and conditions herein below. The definitions mentioned thereof shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2. Acknowledgement and acceptance
By accessing or using the App, User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). By accepting the Terms and by accessing or using the App in any manner, User agrees to this Terms and enters into a binding contract with the Proprietorship Firm. If you do not agree to any part of this Terms, please refrain from using the App.

3. Definitions
a. “Proprietorship Firm” (also referred to as either "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Terms) refers to ATEU Softwares, with its Proprietor as Somashekar Pradhyumna, having its principal place of business at SS complex, raj kumar road, Mysuru, Karnataka, India 570019.
b. “Content” refers to content such as text, images or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by User or anyone on behalf of the User, regardless of the form of that content.
c. “All tools” (also referred to as "App"), means the application developed, owned and provided by the Proprietorship Firm.
d. “Intellectual Property Rights” means any and all patent rights, copyright rights, trademark rights, trade secret rights, know-how, database rights, and all other intellectual and industrial property rights.
d. “Permitted Use” means any use by Proprietorship Firm solely for the purpose of Services, ordinary course of its internal business operations or for maintenance of the App.
e. “Personal Information” means personal information of User, as specified under applicable law.
f. “Services” means the services provided by the App which assists User in their day to day activities by providing multiple functions or utility programs in a single app in a native format which can be used offline.
g. “Use” (also referred to as "Using" or “Uses”) means download, install, use or access of the App.
h. “User” means the individual who Uses the Service or any company or legal entity/ies on behalf of which such individual Uses the Service, as applicable.

4. User obligations
a. User eligibility
User must be of legal age according to the laws of their jurisdiction to Use the App and itsServices. If you are under the required age, you must obtain parental consent to Use the App. By Using the App, the User represents that the User meets the age and eligibility requirements as required under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.
b. Information provided by User
In the event, User is required to provide any Content or Personal Information while Using the App, then the User represents and warrants that the User is responsible for providing such Content or Personal Information which is legal, reliable, appropriate, accurate, complete and current and the Content or Personal Information does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights of any other rights of any third party. User shall comply with applicable all applicable laws, regulation and guidelines while providing any Content or Personal Information mentioned thereof. The User hereby grants the Proprietorship Firm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Content or Personal Information for its Permitted Use.

5. Content rights and restrictions
a. Content rights
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Terms to the contrary, in the event the User posts any Content in the App, the User hereby grant the Proprietorship Firm a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to access, use, reproduce, transmit, adapt, modify, perform, display, translate, publish, and create derivative works for its Permitted Use.
b. Content restrictions
The User may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or to remove the said Content. We further reserve the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Proprietorship Firm can also, without prior notice, limit or revoke the use of the Service if User posts such objectionable Content. We reserve the right to proceed with appropriate legal action required under applicable law or legal process or in manner We deem fit.

6. Third party websites
User acknowledges and agrees that the App may contain links or provide access to other third party services, content or websites. In such event, User understands and agrees that We do not endorse, control or assume any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, legality or quality of the content or services of such third-party websites. Such links or access to third-party websites are provided only for the convenience of the Users. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, as a result of User’s reliance on or use of content or services of such third-party websites.

7. Prohibited use
While Using the App, the User agrees not to:
i. Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
ii. Transmit, distribute or install any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other code or content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of the Proprietorship Firm, App or any third person.
iii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its server; or
iv. Violate any applicable laws or regulations relating to the Use of the App
v. Violate the privacy of any third person

8. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership of intellectual property rights
Proprietorship Firm acknowledges and retains ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights associated with the App, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, icons and any other original contents created by Proprietorship Firm.
b. User restrictions
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App and its content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. User must not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform or create derivative works of the App’s content without prior written consent of Proprietorship Firm.
Any unauthorised Use by the User of the App, the App’s content or Content of the User, which may infringe upon the Intellectual Property Rights of Us or any third party and in the event We are subject to any claim by a third party for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights due to any infringement mentioned thereof by the User, then We reserve the rights to take appropriate legal action, as available under applicable law, against the User, including but not limited to availing of any remedy available to Us under clause 11 of this Terms and to have the sole right to control the defence of any such third party infringement claim, as applicable.
c. Reporting intellectual property infringement by User
All tools respects the Intellectual Property Rights of others and expects Users to do the same. If through unauthorised Use of the App by User, the User is subject to a claim for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights by a third-party against the User or if User believes that their Intellectual Property Rights have been infringed upon through the Use of the App, the User shall notify Us promptly in writing regarding the same. User shall provide detailed information regarding the alleged infringement, including identification of the infringing material and supporting evidence of ownership or authorised use. We will investigate reported Intellectual Property Rights infringement claims in a timely manner and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion, including removing or disabling the infringing material.

9. Privacy obligations
a. The User may be required to provide their Personal Information for Using the Services of the App. In the event User provides their Personal Information for Use of the App and its Services, User hereby consents to provide such Personal Information of the User. User agrees that We may use the Personal Information that the User may provide us. We maintain strict measures to protect Personal Information of User and We do not sell or share Personal Information of User to third parties without explicit User consent.
b. How We use Personal Information of User
We may use your information for the following purposes:
i. To provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality.
ii. To personalize User experience and display content that is relevant to you.
iii. To send User updates, notifications, and promotional materials.
iv. To respond to User requests and provide customer support.
v. To analyze and improve the App's performance and user experience.
c. Third party websites
The App contains links and pages to other third party services, content or websites. We are not responsible for any User’s Personal Information or personal data that third parties may collect, store and use through their website. User should always read the privacy terms carefully while accessing content or services of such third-party websites.

10. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
All tools is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the App, We do not make any warranties or representation regarding the functionality, reliability or suitability of the App and expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, We provide no warranty or undertaking and make no representation of any kind that the Service will meet the User requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

11. Indemnity by User
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Proprietorship Firm harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection with
(i) violation of this Terms by User,
(ii) breach of applicable laws by User or
(iii) any third party claim brought against Us, Our employees, officers or agent for infringement of such third party’s intellectual property rights due to any unauthorised Use of the App by User.

12. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses. User agrees that Our liability, if any, arising from the Use of the App shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

13. Termination
a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Use of the App or its Services by the User, without prior notice or liability, if the User fails to comply with this Terms or for any other reason We may deem fit and proper including but not limited to security breaches, suspected unauthorised access or any other activities that may jeopardise the integrity or security of the App.
b. We may temporarily suspend or terminate the App or its Services, without prior notice or liability, to perform maintenance, updates or upgrades to ensure the App’s optimal performance and functionality.
c. If User wish to terminate the Use of our App, the User may simply discontinue using the App.

14. Miscellaneous
a. Entire Agreement: These Terms contain the entire agreement and understanding between Us and User and supersede all prior communications, agreements, understanding or representations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter herein.
b. Force Majeure: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere, We shall not be liable for unavailability of the App caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, such as but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of terror or civil unrest, technical failures beyond Our reasonable control.
c. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The appropriate Courts at Mysuru, Karnataka, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes related to or arising out of this Terms.
d. Severability: If any provision in this Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permissible by law.
e. Waiver: No waiver of any of the provisions of this Terms shall be deemed, or will constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor will any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing.
